This course includes mainly pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria that cause human infections. The course will be online and the student will find  in advance all prepared lectures in the form of power points. The style of the lecture will be in the form of presented case which directly related to the lecture. So every lecture will be associated with one or more cases and all students should read the case and the lecture carefully in order to be able to answer. All students should remember the previous courses like physiology, histology, biochemistry, virology and molecular biology because during case discussion the student should connect the subject with the relevant subject in order to be able to analyze and gives scientific reliable interpretation. During the course quizzes and assignments will be performed by the students. All student will enroll in the final written examination at campus. Questions will be various like cases, multiple chooses and short answers so be patients with me and follow my instructions in order to reach what you want.
