The course will covers all concepts of computers information and technologies. This course consist of modules which define the skills and competencies necessary that let the student be a proficient user of a computer and common computer applications. Each course module provides a practical program of up-to-date skills and knowledge areas which are validated by a test.

The course will promote and encourage computer literacy for all students, raise the level of knowledge about Information Technology (IT) and the level of competence in using personal computers and common computer applications, ensure all computer users understand best practices and the advantages of using a personal computer, increase the productivity of all students who need to use computer in their work and in their future, and To provide a basic qualification which will allow all students to be part of the Information Society in Kurdistan and in any other place in the world.
